Transpharm South Africa

Established by a group of retail pharmacists in 1970 and acquired by the Shoprite Group in 2010, Transpharm Pty Ltd provides top-quality products and a world-class service nationwide.

We have relationships with well over 700 suppliers and have more than 30 000 (and growing) products listed. We offer a wide selection of ethical, over the counter, toiletry, veterinary and front shop products, as well as specialist medical and surgical equipment. Our customers range from veterinarians, dentists, surgeries, pharmacies, general merchants and many other medical businesses in South Africa.

Our team strives to always provide a wider range, better prices and quicker, more efficient deliveries to our customers. After all, we understand the importance of quick and efficient deliveries - the faster our turnaround time, the better for your business!

This is also why you’ll find that our products are priced to give you substantial returns – always important when trying to remain competitive in today’s crowded marketplace. Transpharm has three branches and customer support teams, one in Pretoria (GP) and one in Cape Town (WC) and one new established branch in Kwazulu-Natal. We offer speedy deliveries that range from twice-daily routes in the metro areas of Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban CBD, Pietermaritzburg, Richards Bay and Margate to next day deliveries for outlying towns. We service all areas in South Africa. Best of all, our deliveries are free of charge, and we do not require a minimum order.
