TouchRight Software

At TouchRight Software, we’re here to make property reporting simple, flexible and stress-free.

Our award-winning platform helps letting agents, property managers, inventory clerks and contractors create clear, professional inspection reports quickly and easily. Using a smartphone, tablet or desktop, you can produce branded reports that save time, cut down on paperwork and impress your clients.

TouchRight is designed for busy property professionals across lettings, Build to Rent, social housing and surveying. You can create reports by touch or voice, share them with landlords or tenants to review, comment and sign remotely, and keep lone workers safe with built-in alert notifications.

Our cloud-based dashboard and mobile apps help you stay organised wherever you are, with ready-made templates or fully custom reports for inventories, mid-term inspections, check-ins, check-outs, HMOs, Legionella Risk Assessments and more. You can also tag repairs and maintenance items for easy follow-up and tracking.

We know that seamless working matters, so TouchRight integrates with leading software providers including Reapit, agentOS, QubeSLM, Acquaint, SME Professional, Fixflo, Plentific and Signable.

Every feature is designed to save you time and help you deliver the best possible service to your clients. We’re proud to work alongside property professionals who care as much about quality and efficiency as we do.

We care deeply about what our users think. Your feedback shapes everything we do, and we’re constantly updating and improving TouchRight to add new features that make your job easier and your reports even better.
