TORSH

At TORSH, we believe that improving instructional effectiveness is the key to significant gains in student success. Our mission is to empower educators and organizations to grow, collaborate, and transform their practice at scale through innovative technology.

Our flagship platform, TORSH Talent, is designed to support educators and professionals in their professional development journey. Through FERPA and HIPAA-compliant video-based observation, feedback, and collaboration, TORSH Talent helps educators reflect on their practice, engage in meaningful coaching, and connect with peers to improve continuously. Our platform is also agnostic, meaning you can use the coaching and evaluation models and frameworks of your choice! By enhancing instructional effectiveness, we’re helping teachers make a bigger, lasting impact on their students’ learning.

Whether you’re a school, district, or organization, TORSH Talent offers the tools you need to create a culture of growth and reflection, ultimately leading to better outcomes for students. We’re proud to be a part of the movement driving positive change in education by focusing on what matters most—improving student outcomes through teaching and learning.
