Torcon is a third generation, privately held company, established as a general contracting firm in 1965. The company serves clients throughout the New Jersey-Philadelphia region, completing a wide variety of science & technology, healthcare, academic, and commercial projects.

Torcon completed its first project as a Construction Manager in 1974 and within 10 years was one of the top-ranked at-risk CMs in the nation. Today, Torcon continues to serve customers from its Red Bank, NJ headquarters and a full-service operations office in Philadelphia. Our overall range of operations have encompassed projects throughout the eastern US, in Canada and in Puerto Rico.

Torcon provides state-of-the-art CM and GC services with professional staff utilizing the industry’s latest technology. Our areas of specialized expertise are science & technology and healthcare facility construction, and we also offer broad experience on corporate, commercial and academic projects.
