Araç kiralama kuruluşlarını aynı çatı altında birleştirmek amacıyla 1996 yılında İstanbul’da kurulan ve Türkiye’nin önde gelen 123 firmasının üyesi olduğu TOKKDER’in (Tüm Oto Kiralama Kuruluşları Derneği) vizyonu; ülkemizde, araç kiralama sektöründe faaliyet gösteren herkesin (tüm aktörlerin) üye olmayı arzu edeceği şemsiye meslek örgütü haline gelmektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda
TOKKDER’in temel hedefi; sektörün ve sektör temsilcilerinin haklarını en etkin şekilde koruyan, getireceği çözümler ve sağlayacağı olanaklarla çekim gücü oluşturan, etkili lobi faaliyetleri yürüten, aynı konuda faaliyet gösteren ulusal ve uluslararası kuruluşlarla iş birliği yaparak daha güçlü bir meslek örgütü olmaktır.
