Tobacco International Inc.

Welcome to Tobacco International Inc. – a company built on legacy, innovation and vision.

Our heritage dates back to the 17th century, rooted in a long-standing tobacco family tradition and carried forward by our founder, Atef R. Hazime, a pioneering entrepreneur and global businessman. What began as a family vision has grown into a multinational powerhouse, manufacturing and distributing cigarettes, energy drinks, nicotine pouches, energy pouches and nootropics such as Alpha-GPC while shaping the future of reduced-risk alternatives.

Headquartered in USA, with offices in Miami, North Carolina, Romania and Portugal, we proudly operate across North & South America, Asia and Africa. Our portfolio is anchored by two powerhouse brands: REBEL, one of the earliest and fastest-rising pouch brands worldwide and KRATOS, a bold new challenger in nicotine, energy and performance products.

At Tobacco International Inc., our mission goes beyond selling products. We are committed to producing emotion through every detail of our brands, from the seed in the soil to the final touch of packaging. Every step reflects our dedication to excellence, authenticity and consumer satisfaction.

We also recognize the risks of smoking. That is why our vision is proactive: creating less harmful, high-quality alternatives that support consumers in cutting down, transitioning or finding innovative ways to enjoy responsibly.

By joining us, you become part of a global legacy, a company that honors tradition while driving a more ethical, sustainable and forward-thinking future.
