The group’s main focus is in real estate where it has completed or is in the process of developing over 200 projects consisting of 23,000 units covering a built up area of 79 million square feet.

Tiger first emerged in the United Arab Emirates as a contracting company based in Sharjah. The Group’s Chairman, Mr. Walid M. Mohammad, was committed not only to succeed but also to contribute to the UAE’s economic growth. Over more than two decades of continuous service across the construction, industrial and services industries, Tiger has become a prominent name in developing communities.

Tiger has built a wide range of structures, from master developments such as Hamidiya City in Ajman to skyscrapers like the Pinnacle in the Dubai Marina.
