Established by Michael Groves in 1991 as a single estate agency branch in Altrincham, Thornley Groves has 10 offices and employs over 200 staff. In 2022, the business sold £190m of property and let over 1,900 properties. Our teams now manage more than 5,500 houses and apartments for landlords across North, South, and Central Manchester.

Our ten branches all operate by offering friendly, personal expertise while obtaining the best result for you.

Millions in sales and thousands of happily leased properties back this up, as will the landlords of 4,000 houses and apartments currently managed by Thornley Groves.

Yes, we get to know you as well as we know Manchester, our property market since 1991.

Our friendly local experts like to know every landlord, tenant, homeowner, and house buyer as well as we know Manchester. It’s personal, and it works, as last year’s results show:

• £190m of properties sold personally

• over 1,900 properties let and loved

• 4,000+ houses and apartments

managed for happier Landlords.
