Thomas Fresh

People say that we grow and pack the best potatoes in Western Canada.

We’d have to agree. But we do a whole lot more than that.

Thomas Fresh is a grower-owned produce company with boots on the ground across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and BC.

From locally-grown potatoes and onions to specialty imports, we get high-quality produce to Canada’s largest retailers and your local mom-and-pop shops— packed fresh, shipped fast, and backed by strong relationships.

We pack and process six days a week.

We don’t cut corners.

And we don’t play pricing games that hurt our farmers.

We started in Calgary in 1998 with a simple mission: raise the bar for fresh produce on Canadian shelves.

Today, we employ more than a hundred hard-working folks who help us serve hundreds of retail partners across the West.

Whether you're buying for one store or a national chain, you need product that shows up right. The first time. That’s what we do.

Fresh from the source.
