The Zest Life

The Zest Life supports women navigating separation, often while parenting and working, to find steadiness and clarity during a difficult transition.

Separation can feel disorienting and lonely. Many women carry the emotional weight quietly while making decisions about their children, finances, and future. Support often feels scattered at the very moment clear thinking feels hardest.

The Zest Life brings emotional grounding and practical guidance together in one place. We offer one to one coaching with Jess and structured online courses. The focus stays on stabilising first, then building understanding around practical realities, supporting children through change, and gently rebuilding life step by step.

Founded by Jess Drayton, The Zest Life is shaped by lived experience of navigating separation while raising children and maintaining a career, alongside professional experience supporting people through complex change.

The work is steady and practical, informed by what it actually feels like to function while exhausted, emotional, and responsible for others. Support is offered without urgency or expectation. There is space to take things slowly, to focus on what matters most right now, and to move forward in a way that feels realistic and grounded.
