The Oxfordshire Property Agent

The Oxfordshire Property Agent is a real estate agent with a difference. We take on a limited number of new properties a month, allowing us to offer a highly personal service to each seller. We don’t tie clients into long contracts – all our listings are based on one month rolling contracts. Our commission rate is fixed at 0.75% + vat, around half the UK average for traditional estate agents. Each vendor and sales consultant work on a 1 to 1 basis, building a personal relationship and ensuring we learn everything we can about you and your home. Our aim is to enhance your home-selling experience – from first viewing…right through to completion. We’re changing the way estate agents in Oxfordshire operate — one property at a time!
