Founder, Tricia Wilkie, worked for many years in the banking and pharma industries, experiencing her own mental ill health whilst also juggling a high-pressured job without support and feeling unable to speak up due to fear of discrimination. That experience has now become her driving force to help de-stigmatise, create awareness of, and normalise mental ill health because there is no health without mental health.

As an accredited Instructor Member, approved by MHFA England to deliver adult MHFA training we can train your employees to become Mental Health First Aiders, which is the mental health equivalent of physical first aid. The online course leads to a qualification, a transferable skill, valid for three years. With 2 in 5 working age adults living with mental illness, training employees will help your your organisation cultivate a mentally healthy workplace, offering a front line of support for those experiencing or worried about their mental health.
