Founded in Copenhagen, The Matcha Bike is a modern pop-up café concept created by a young female founder while studying in the heart of the city.

What started as a small matcha bike has grown into a creative universe serving high quality, handcrafted drinks, all made from scratch everyday and free from artificial ingredients.

Driven by a passion for aesthetics, flavour and craftsmanship, we create premium beverages inspired by Japanese simplicity and Scandinavian minimalism.

From organic matcha and housemade syrups to seasonal signature drinks, every element is carefully developed to offer an elevated and authentic taste experience.

Our mission is to make people feel good through quality and community with a new creative generation.

Over the past year, we’ve collaborated with fashion forward brands including Envii, Kettel Atelier, ALIS, Depend Cosmetic and other emerging Scandinavian labels, bringing our universe to events, launches and pop-ups across Copenhagen.

Rooted in transparency and innovation, we are committed to using clean, organic ingredients and crafting everything in house. We believe in progress over perfection, always creating with intention.
