The Hiring Group

We are The Hiring Group, a technical and professional staffing firm based in Greenville, South Carolina. For over ten years, we have pioneered a groundbreaking approach to recruitment services and have been successful in a marketplace surrounded by billion-dollar staffing companies. By offering Fortune 500-level benefits to our contract employees, we go above and beyond the minimum required benefits that are ubiquitous throughout the sector, and we have changed the technical staffing industry for the better.

Since The Hiring Group’s inception, we’ve maintained a unique view of the staffing industry and have leveraged our approach to continually push the boundaries of what’s possible for contract employee benefits. At the same time, we take great care to consider the critical balance between the individual needs of contractors and the commitment, dedication, and expertise needed to provide superior service experiences and value to our clients. This commitment to contractor and client has led or to our 94% contractor retention rate in an industry that averages 50%.

Most recently, The Hiring Group has expanded our portfolio to include professional staffing services. With this evolution, we aim to become an even stronger partner for our current clients, expand our client base, and disrupt this part of the industry to elevate contractor-employee experiences for all.
