The Heller Organization, Inc.

The Heller Organizationis a full service real estate firm that has been in existence for over 15 years. We specialize in the sale and rental of New York condominiums, cooperative apartments and townhouses, as well as long and short-term rentals and corporate relocation. Our commercial division represents both tenants and landlords for office and retail leasing, investment properties, development sites and/or bulk purchase opportunities.

Whether buying, selling, renting, investing or relocating, our team's marketing strategies maximize the exposure of your property as a seller, and streamline the search process for buyers to save valuable time and effort, while finding the exact properties they seek. From concept to execution, our well-designed multimedia and print materials, along with a generous advertising budget and key alliances, empower promotion throughout the entire real estate industry.

Our latest project, 100 West 18th Street, is regarded as one of the area's most successful residential condominium projects and sold at numbers significantly above original underwriting. The development plan entailed the construction of a 10-story building containing 43 luxury condominium units and two levels of retail totaling 30,115 square feet - the project was completed in 2008. The retail space is fully leased and occupied and the residential units were sold at significantly higher prices than that of competing buildings in the area. The building is currently 100% occupied.
