The Diversity Collective
Business Consulting and Services in Australia
Overview
The Diversity Collective is a cooperative social enterprise focused on creating safe spaces to learn, grow and heal. We foster a culture of 'calling in,*' not calling out-- and we definitely don't 'cancel' opportunities to do better.
So call in, let's have a chat.
---
TDC offers bespoke training and consulting services and products to help individuals and organisations in their respective allyship journey and engages people with lived experience to share those sessions. This not only improves impact, relatability and connection, but remunerates the affected people for sharing their experience and allowing others to learn (and benefit) from their experiences.
*The term calling in is credited to Ngọc Loan Trần from in her article Black Girl Dangerous (18 December 2013).
