The Brick & Timber: Private Leadership Retreat Venue

The Brick & Timber is a fully restored 115-year-old heritage building in downtown Coleman, Alberta, purpose built for small leadership retreats and executive offsites seeking focus, alignment, and meaningful time together in a private mountain setting.

Go beyond the stuffy 'flex room' of a local hotel and spoil your team. This exclusive 5,000 sq ft venue includes five king suites, seven bathrooms, a sauna and hot tub, a speakeasy lounge, theatre room, a 12-person dining table with chef’s kitchen, and a large main-floor gathering space designed for strategy sessions, workshops, and team planning.

We host leadership teams who value privacy, simplicity, and staying together in one place, without the distractions of hotels or resorts.

To support retreat planners, we offer trusted local partnerships, including:

+Full-service catering for meals, snacks, and beverages

+A five-star, flavour-first restaurant experienced with executive groups

+Guided wilderness experiences for team outings

+Curated recommendations for team-building activities

Ideal for groups of 5–10. Additional nearby lodging partnerships are available for larger groups, all within walking distance.
