The Advanced Micro and Nano Devices Laboratory

The Advanced Micro and Nano Devices Laboratory at Boğaziçi University, Department of Mechanical Engineering, was established in 2018 by Prof. Dr. Kaşif Teker. The lab focuses on the design, fabrication, and analysis of micro- and nanoscale electronic and photonic devices.

Research:

Fabrication of wide-bandgap compound semiconductor nanostructures and thin films (e.g., SiC, GaN, AlN).

Testing and modeling of nanoelectronic and nanophotonic devices.

Effect of nanoparticle plasmonics on optoelectronic devices.

Design and fabrication of novel FETs, diodes, and other semiconductor devices.

Design and fabrication of high-temperature electronic devices.
