The Abdali

The Abdali is the largest mixed-use development in the heart of Amman. It is the spine of Jordan’s capital, connecting ancient streets to modern, chic neighbourhoods.

Spanning more than 384,000 sqm of land with USD$2.4bn worth of investments, the unique urban destination offers a multitude of services in a range of sectors – from residential to retail, hospitality to healthcare and commercial to entertainment.

This vibrant lifestyle destination attracts in excess of 15 million annual visits and hosts 1,200 hotel rooms, 720 residential units, approximately 450 businesses (international, regional and national) and 10,000 employees. It is home to numerous tech giants, including Amazon, Bigo, Orange Jordan, LG, Huawei, with all the nation’s major banks opting to have a presence in Amman’s newest business district.

Serving the needs of both investors and tenants, The Abdali’s progressive masterplan and strong management ensure strict land use to maintain high standards and uphold the unified architectural theme. The development is also served by state-of-the-art fibre optics and a district heating and cooling system.

Our immediate focus for further investment is to meet the market need for additional Health and Wellness establishments, in the same general area that the successful Abdali Hospital resides.
