From the outset, our mission has been twofold. Firstly, we continually work hard to improve both the range and quality of the products and services we provide through innovation, foresight and constant hard work. Alongside this, we endeavour to establish long-lasting relationships with our customers through exceeding their expectations and securing their trust through exceptional performance from every member of our team.

It is this pride in customer care that makes us stand out as a trusted local company that offers a truly outstanding level of quality customer service.

As part of the Tudor Griffiths Group, we also put the care of the environment at the heart of what we do. We work hard to ensure that every aspect of our operations is conducted in a responsible and ethical manner and is sensitive to the environment, including the countryside and landscape around our sites. Our dedicated team makes every effort to minimise our impact on both the local and wider communities, embracing a commitment that the company has held at the heart of what it does for over 140 years.
