TFTIOR is a global Importer of Record (IOR) and compliance partner for technology companies that need secure, reliable, and compliant market access.

Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Istanbul, TFTIOR supports imports of high-value IT, telecom, data center, and regulated technology equipment into Turkey and more than 50 countries.

We manage the import process on behalf of our clients, including customs clearance, tariff classification, CE, TSE, EPREL requirements, dual-use checks, local documentation, and country-specific regulatory obligations.

Our role is simple: help technology shipments move correctly before cargo is already in transit, reduce importer risk, and keep deployment schedules under control.

TFTIOR operates with internationally recognized management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 under IAS, an IAF MLA signatory. Our Turkey operations are also supported by the Ministry of Commerce SSHYB authorization No. 84634 and the TS 12498 After-Sales Service Qualification Certificate. ISO 10002 and ISO 26000 certifications further reflect our focus on customer satisfaction and responsible business practices.
