TETHYS Gateway Trading LLC is the U.S. arm of TETHYS Gateway Investment Group, established to structure, finance, and operate globally integrated critical minerals supply chains across mining, processing, infrastructure, logistics, and commodity trading. Headquartered in the United States, the company serves as the commercial and structuring platform of the TETHYS ecosystem, enabling market access, offtake structures, and cross-border trade for strategic minerals. Operating across Türkiye, the Caucasus, Central Asia, and the Balkans—resource-rich regions historically underserved by global capital—TETHYS designs resilient, transparent, and geopolitically diversified supply chains serving North American, European, and global industrial markets. Its integrated model links upstream mining assets with infrastructure and logistics financing, ensuring secure and scalable access to critical minerals essential to the global energy transition. Capital deployment is executed through the TETHYS Gateway Investment Fund, launched in Luxembourg as a Reserved Alternative Investment Fund (RAIF–SCSp) for institutional and qualified investors. The Fund targets critical minerals, sustainable mining, and integrated infrastructure, supported by a pre-seeded pipeline covering copper, lithium, nickel, cobalt, rare earth elements, graphite, and other strategic minerals. All portfolio projects adhere to robust environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards, supported by advanced traceability tools—including digital product passports—to ensure transparency from mine to end-use. The Fund is classified as an Article 8 product under SFDR and aligns with leading international benchmarks such as IRMA and IFC Performance Standards.
