Telkraft is a consulting company that helps organizations measure the impact of their training investments on workplace behavior and operational outcomes through an evidence-based approach.

We work across Kirkpatrick Levels 3 and 4, People Analytics, root cause analysis, and Learning and Development productivity.

By connecting training, people, competency, and operational outcome data within the same evidence chain, we help organizations answer questions such as:

• Did the training change workplace behavior?

• Did this change affect business outcomes?

• If the impact was limited, was the root cause related to the training, the process, the equipment, the role, or the conditions for applying what was learned?

• Which training programs should continue, be redesigned, or be discontinued?

Our 90-day POC, or pilot engagement, starts with a single business unit. We design the measurement question, the appropriate comparison method, the evidence chain, the data gap assessment, the baseline, and a reusable measurement model.

Our goal is not to produce another one-off report. It is to establish a sustainable impact measurement approach that the organization can reuse across future training investments.
