Techloset

Public-sector IT projects fail at staggering rates.

The #1 reason is delivery teams that don't understand government procurement, compliance requirements, or the demands of building inside a regulated public-sector contract.

Team Techloset exists to solve this.

We provide dedicated, SLED-trained engineering teams to U.S. prime contractors and government integrators serving State, Local, and Education (SLED) agencies. Our 100+ engineers don't just write code — they understand RFP structure (Section L and M), compliance mapping, NDA protocols, and the procurement landscape that makes public-sector delivery different from commercial work.

Founded by Naveed Sarwar (Stanford AI Professional Program), Techloset operates as your extended engineering team — a Pakistan-based remote service provider embedded in your workflows, aligned with your proposal and delivery cycles, and ready to work under NDA from the first call.

What makes us different:

▸ SLED-trained engineers who understand RFPs, compliance matrices, and pre-bid support

▸ Senior engineering talent at offshore economics — fully transparent about being a Pakistan-based partner

▸ U.S. public-sector compliance awareness (NIST 800-53, FERPA, SOC 2) and NDA-ready before work begins

▸ Dedicated teams, not freelancers — engineers who learn your codebase and stay

▸ U.S. East/Central time-zone overlap with a 4-business-hour response SLA and daily standups

We serve U.S. primes and integrators delivering ERP modernization, cloud migration, cybersecurity, software development, and data analytics for state agencies, local government, and K-12 and higher-education institutions.
