TC Facilities Management

We provide intelligent facility management solutions, delivering nationwide with passion and pride. We are one of the largest privately-owned cleaning, security and soft FM services companies in the UK and have been operating for over 55 years. As a result, we occupy a unique position within the industry; our size offers us distinct advantages, small enough not to be constrained by corporate concerns yet big enough to provide a robust infrastructure and comprehensive resources.

The TC board has brought together a team of professionals who provide the expertise necessary to fully support our operational teams, allowing them to concentrate on what matters most and deliver brilliant service solutions to our customers.

When Trevor Cripps started the company in 1962, he didn't want to be the biggest, but he did want to be brilliant at what he did. And over the last 55 years, TCFM has never lost that passion to be brilliant at everything it does.

Today, TCFM offers bespoke service solutions, from cleaning services of single locations to full facilities management solutions across the U.K. Whatever we deliver to our customers is always delivered with passion and pride.
