Tarsus Un Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi is a Company that was established and registered in the district of Tarsus which is one of the most ancient settlements in history which dates back to about 8000 years ago in Anatolia, the homeland of wheat. Tarsus Un, whose foundations were laid in Tarsus, the historical district of Mersin province, is a facility built on a total indoor area of 11,340 M2. Our factory is the flour mill that locates only 26 kilometers away from Mersin International Port, which enables us to ship the orders to our valued customers rapidly.

Tarsus Un’s modern facility is fully automated and equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and equipment and operates in the production of the highest quality wheat, cleaning, grinding and producing the best quality wheat flour. In order to adapt to the fast developing and innovative world, all the work starting from factory construction until machine selection has been meticulously carried out in collaboration with expert consultants. To provide the best production and service to our valued customers, our factory employs and uses the newest technologies and full automation systems throughout the entire factory. Production, storage and packaging operations are included in these processes. In addition, by using the Online Control System in the factory, all features related to the entire production process, output and efficiency rates, production amount, capacity and product quality can be monitored.

Tarsus Un is a facility with a daily production and processing output of at least 650 tons and a maximum of 700 tons, and by this output, the factory takes its position among the major flour producers of Turkey. The facility has a high storage capacity of 16,500 tons of wheat in steel silos, 4000 tons of wheat in concrete silos, 3000 tons of wheat flour and 500 tons of wheat bran in total.
