TAOS

TAOS is a metabolic risk management platform that empowers doctors, fitness coaches, and nutritionists to deliver personalized care for each patient and client based on objective data.

The platform consists of a mobile app for patients and a web dashboard for professionals. It integrates with CGM (continuous glucose monitoring systems), Apple Health, Google Fit, smart scales, and wearables aggregating all data into a unified interface.

Professionals get a complete real-time picture of each patient:

• Weight dynamics and body composition;

• Glucose levels and metabolic markers;

• Physical activity and calorie expenditure;

• Sleep quality and circadian rhythms;

• Eating behaviors and habits.

Based on this data, the platform provides personalized recommendations and alerts for example, when there's a sudden change in weight, increased glucose variability, or lack of activity.

The professional can quickly react and adjust the program.

This data-driven approach allows building programs not by guesswork, but based on real numbers, and achieving measurable results.
