We are one of the leading restaurant groups in Hong Kong, rapidly expanding our network to over 250 stores across various markets, including Mainland China, Singapore, Japan, Australia, Malaysia and the Philippines.

Our distinguished brand portfolio comprises of TamJai Yunnan Mixian（譚仔雲南米線）, TamJai SamGor Mixian（譚仔三哥米線 ）, TamJai Mixian（譚仔香港米線）, as well as Marugame Seimen (丸亀製麵) and Yakiniku Yamagyu (山牛) through franchise and licensing in Hong Kong.

TamJai is a legend in Hong Kong. The Tam's brothers started their journey in 1996 with the humble beginnings of their first mom-and-pop store, TamJai, located in Sham Shui Po, a working-class neighbourhood. They later expanded their success with the launch of TamJai SamGor in 2008. Their success caught the attention of Toridoll Holdings Corporation, a listed restaurant group in Japan, which acquired both brands in 2018.

Under the leadership of TJI's professional management team, the two brands have experienced even more rapid growth, transforming the dining landscape and introducing a new “Mixian”(rice noodle) food culture in Hong Kong. We also expanded our restaurant network beyond Hong Kong, catering to a diverse customer base in the Asia Pacific region.
