TAM Finans is an innovative factoring company based in İstanbul. It is established in 2011 as an investment of Actera Group, EBRD is one of the shareholders with 9,5% share.

After the developing and restructuring first three years, it caught up a growth trend and as of today, there are 39 branches located in 26 cities around Turkey. Tam Finans is an SME focused factoring company with 20.000 active customers, positioning it in the first row among competitors.

Being the one and only non-bank finance company with an R&D department, all decisions are taken by the AI software, developed by this team. All factoring applications are evaluated via the scorecard supported with AI, a very significant amount of them are rated automatically, the rest is scored by the credit and risk underwriters.

In 2016, global CIO magazine awarded the company as one of the “Top 100 Companies to Use Technology Effectively”.
