Tally Workspace

Finding office space shouldn't mean endless spreadsheets, dead-end viewings, and an office contract you're not quite sure about.

At Tally Workspace, we do the hard part for you. We're the office-search partner for London startups and scale-ups. We find the right space, negotiate the best deal, and stay on your side from first viewing to move-in.

Here's the part people don't expect: it's free. Operators and landlords pay us, so you get expert help at no cost and we still negotiate like it's our own money.

What you get:

→ Spaces you'd never find alone, including off-market options

→ A shortlist that fits your team, your budget and how you actually work

→ Forensic attention to the contract - hidden costs, break clauses, the lot

→ One expert handling shortlisting, viewings, negotiation and move-in

Need space by the hour or day instead? Book meeting rooms, day offices, hot desks and coworking through our on-demand platform. Instantly, with no membership and no lock-in. Handy between offices, for offsites, or when you just need a room for the afternoon.

We've helped 500+ London teams find workspace, from a a one off meeting room to a 200-person HQ. Trusted by teams like Trumpet, FYXER and Butternut Box.

Outgrown your current space? That's exactly when to talk to us.
