Taciroğlu, one of the leading manufacturer of dairy products sector in Turkey specialised on cheese production since 30s. In 1967, the company launched first packed cheese in Turkish market under Taciroğlu brand. Taciroğlu, supplying traditional Turkish cheese produced with traditional methods, has given priority to the brand concept and responsibility. In 1979, PEYSAN brand was added to its product range. At the same year Peysan Food Incorporation was founded and the company gathered its functions under the same roof. Peysan Food Incorporation, in 1987, in addition to traditional Turkish cheeses, started to produce Jadel cheese that has big market share in Middle-East, by the assistance of foreign experts. Peysan and Taciroğlu brands are produced in Edirne plant, having 31.000 square meter of production facilities, and equipped with modern technology. The cheeses are produced from cow's, sheep's and goat's milk depending on milking season. The raw material, namely the milk has been fastidiously selected and the each step of the production is controlled by well trained and experienced personnel.

Peysan and Taciroğlu brands succeeded to penetrate in all big market chains and big supermarkets as well, and obtained large shelf shares. The products are distributed by a well organised distribution system and reach all sales points in the market.
