Korhan Özbaysal (born in December 27,1960) is a Turkish business executive with over 35 years of experience in Turkish and Multinational Corporations.For the last 20 years he has held various C-level and above executive positions, currently specializing in management, strategy, construction, engineering, Project financing and organizational advisory.

Mr.Özbaysal completed his undergraduate degree at Middle East Technical University(METU), studying Civil Engineering. After completing his Licence Degree, Mr.Özbaysal acted as the Site Manager and Project Manager of some Turkish Companies in the Saudi Arabia(KSA) and Libya for infrastructure and superstructure projects in b/w 1983-1991.In 1992, returning to Turkey,Mr.Özbaysal continued to act as Coordinator of Metiş Construction Company.

In the year 1997 Mr.Özbaysal became a Project Manager of Alarko Company of Adana Light Rail Transportation in the city of Adana.

In the year 2000 Mr.Özbaysal became a Vice President in the same Company(Alarko) and managed several mega projects.

In the year b/w 2002 and 2004 Mr.Özbaysal became a General Manager of Oyak Company and then Yenigun Company.

In the year 2004 Mr.Özbaysal returned to Alarko Company as a VP again and worked 10 years for several projects in Turkey, Kazakhistan, Ukraine, KSA and other countries. During this period,Mr.Özbaysal managed Business Development,Construction Sites and was in the organizing of Financing reported to CEO.

In the year 2013 Mr.Özbaysal became a GM and Board Member of GAP Construction Company which is a subsidiary of Çalık Holding.

Throughout all these years, Mr.Özbaysal managed and completed mega and giant projects succesfully. During these endeavors Mr.Özbaysal joined in the organizations such as DEİK,TMB and some Social Club’s.

Mr.Özbaysal knows English, enjoy technology, travelling, sports, reading, movies.

Mr.Özbaysal is married and has one son.
