Survival Fitness Ltd

Each class is made up of 4 key components to ensure consistency, provide routine and aid progress. Each child works according to their own ability through our complete guide book and are taught and encouraged by our qualified and experienced coaches to ensure they are reaching their full potential every class.

In every class, we encourage kids to cheer each other on and celebrate everyone's achievements together - it's the Survival Fitness way!

We aim to educate children on the importance of looking after their overall health, fitness and mobility and provide them with the building blocks to lead an active, balanced and healthy lifestyle. For convenience, we operate a drop off & go system at the door. After your trial class, all bookings are in 12-week blocks. Please note that we remain open for the half-term holidays and close for Easter, Summer and Christmas school holidays.

Our classes are designed for children aged 5 to 14, welcoming all skill levels.
