Striking Distance Studios

Driven by People. Inspired by Challenges. Relentless in Delivering Creative Excellence.

At the heart of Striking Distance Studios lies a commitment to Team First, where we honor our commitments, excel with timeliness, and champion clear communication. We believe games should be Fun to Make and Fun to Play, embracing the mindset of play, test, and continuous learning—always ready to fail fast and move quickly. Purposeful Creativity guides us, as we unite with a shared purpose, craft with precision, and foster cross-functional harmony.

Rising within the San Ramon Hills of the San Francisco Bay Area, we’re redefining the East Bay as a thriving creative and technological hub. Together with our partners at KRAFTON, Inc., we’re crafting a world-class studio, relentless in our pursuit of pushing the boundaries of art, design, and technology.

You may recognize us for The Callisto Protocol, a gripping, story-driven survival horror set against the brutal backdrop of Jupiter’s icy moon, Callisto. At Striking Distance Studios, we are fueled by the synergy of extraordinary talent, captivating narratives, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, which drives our work every day.

We are looking for individuals who embody our ethos of continuous growth and excellence—not just as a skill, but as an attitude. Come be a part of something bigger, where your creative potential meets relentless innovation, and together, we’ll push the boundaries of what’s possible in gaming.
