Starship

Starship is an award-winning industrialised construction business creating some of the UK’s most innovative places to live, stay and work. We design, manufacture and deliver high-performance buildings using modern methods of construction across housing, leisure and the public sector.

Our focus is on low-carbon, ultra-efficient buildings that reduce energy demand, cut operational costs and support genuinely zero-energy or near zero-bill living. By integrating design, manufacturing and delivery, we bring greater certainty on quality, programme and cost while accelerating delivery at scale.

In housing, we are recognised for pioneering homes that combine affordability, design quality and outstanding environmental performance. In leisure and destination-led projects, we have delivered standout schemes including The Mole Resort, Glentress Forest and The Reserve at Chester Zoo, creating places that are both commercially successful and environmentally responsible.

We work closely with local authorities, government bodies, housing providers and private partners to turn ambitious ideas into deliverable, investable projects. Our approach blends innovation, practicality and collaboration, proving that industrialised construction can unlock better outcomes for people, places and the planet.
