Overview
STAR ET, 1940'lı yıllardan 1980’li yıllara kadar Ortadoğu’ya canlı hayvan ihracatı yapan bir aile işletmesi olarak faaliyete başlamıştır. 80’li yılların sonunda yurtiçi canlı hayvan borsaları ve ulusal çapta kurumsal firmalara da canlı hayvan tedariğine yönelmiştir.
2006 yılında faaliyete geçen et kombinamızda hali hazırda canlı hayvan taşıma araçlarımız ile tedarik ettiğimiz hayvanların kesimi yapılmakta ve karkas et, sakatat, deri, bağırsak ürünleri üretilmektedir.
Firmamız, Gaziantep Şehitkamil'de 10.000 m2 kapalı alanda kurulu, yıllık 92.000 adet büyükbaş ve 770.000 küçük baş kesim kapasitesine ve İstanbul’da bulunan 1000 m2 alan üzerine kurulu soğuk hava deposuna sahiptir.
Türk Standartları Enstitüsü’nden onaylı Helal Gıda Sertifikası ile ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000:2005 (HACCP) gıda üretim ve kalite güvence belgelerine sahip olan tesisimizde TÜRK GIDA KODEKSİNE uygun üretim yapılmaktadır.
