Stack Modular

Stack Modular is a Canadian-owned global modular construction company specializing in permanent structural steel volumetric buildings. For 17+ years, we have worked with owners, developers and delivery partners on complex projects where labour shortages, climate, logistics and schedule pressure make conventional construction difficult.

Our approach moves more of the building process into a controlled factory environment, combining design and engineering expertise with Tier-1 manufacturing capability near Shanghai, China, rigorous QA/QC, global procurement and coordinated logistics.

For projects where the cost of delay is high, site work is difficult to manage or local construction capacity is limited, this approach can provide greater control over quality, programme and delivery.

We work with project teams from early planning and design-assist through manufacturing, shipping and modular installation. Our permanent steel volumetric system can support large-scale and mid- to high-rise buildings up to 40 storeys.

Where conventional delivery is constrained, Stack provides a more controlled path from design through delivery.
