Our Story

Spring Global, which was established by F.Müjde Çetin with an over 20 years of experience in 5 sectors, serves tailor-made management consultancy, negotiation programmes. From companies to CSOs, from academia to int’l organizations, Spring Global has a wide spectrum of stakeholders for which it creates solutions via its own expertise or by mobilizing the know-how of its experienced solution partners.

The founder of Spring Global, F. Müjde Çetin, holds a B.A. degree in International Relations&Political Science and an M.A. degree in Law of Economics with an honor degree from Galatasaray University, and received “SME Management” and “Good Governance in Public Sector” certificates from Boğaziçi University, besides her “Negotiator” certificate from University of Babeş Bolyai.

Müjde has decided to fly with her own wings and established her own consultancy company Spring Global, inspired from “winters end with springs, troubles should end with negotiation” in 2018. She achieved the scholarship of Leyla Alaton, became one of the first two Certified Contract Negotiators of Turkey, listed at international level.

It has been more than 10 years since she designs, develops and turns the haute couture “gender equality workshops” also containing real life cases from her own “female sufferings”.

She also has responsibilities at more than 10 CSOs at Board Level, where she commits voluntarily.
