Our growing portfolio includes Triama Residence, Glenwood Estate, 1 Iunie, PALTIM, CityZen—Romania’s first BREEAM-certified community in progress—TINO, and SpacePlus, our sustainable logistics platform for SMEs.

Internationally, we launched MILESTONE Warszawa Mokotów—a 600-bed student housing concept—and are developing a €200M residential project in Gdańsk with BPI Real Estate Poland.
