Space Luxury Real Estate was founded in 2006 by Filiz Çakmur and Şeli Elvaşvili as a boutique luxury real estate advisory brand operating across Istanbul’s Bosphorus line and other prime regions of Turkey.

Since its establishment, the company has grown into a specialized structure in luxury real estate through its effective, transparent and innovative approach, selective portfolio management, and strong marketing communication.

Today, Space continues to provide high-end residential services across Turkey through its six offices in Istanbul (Bebek, Nişantaşı, Kandilli, Zekeriyaköy, Riva and Göktürk/Kemer Country), as well as its offices in Bodrum and Urla.

With a team of approximately 40 qualified and trusted professionals, the company aims to match each property with the right buyer and create long-term value for every investor.

Space manages end-to-end processes including acquisition, sales, leasing, valuation, investment analysis and portfolio management for waterside mansions (yalı), Bosphorus-front residences, villas, apartments and private estates located in Istanbul’s prestigious neighborhoods.
