Space Court Foundation

Founded in 2018, the Space Court Foundation (SCF) is an international research and educational NGO headquartered in the Netherlands. SCF’s mission is to foster greater understanding of the rule of law in outer space through three core pillars: academic research, the global internship programme, and strategic communications. The Foundation advances space law discourse and scholarship through a number of marquee initiatives, including the Space Court Law Library, the Student Space Law Journal, the Women in Space Law project, as well as organising the IISL Manfred Lachs Moot Court for the North American region. With an international community, SCF is committed to advocating for the legal frameworks that will shape humankind’s journey into space.
