Sözen Organization&Publishing has achieved significant successes in the field of organization on behalf of Turkish and world gastronomy. Sözen Organization&Publishing, which aims to promote Turkish gastronomy in Turkey and around the world with its own-branded conferences, has achieved this goal with the “International Gastromasa Gastronomy Conference” organized since 2015 and spreading from Turkey to the world. The "International Gastromasa Gastronomy Conference", which is held annually in Istanbul and various provinces, has become one of the most prestigious gastronomy conferences in the world.

Another own-branded event of Sözen Organization&Publishing is “FSUMMIT” which is held annually in Antalya, gathering pioneers of the tourism gastronomy and hospitality sector around the world. All the stakeholders of the sector -national & international investors, managers, chefs, and F&B managers meet under the same roof at FSUMMIT.

Agriculture has become one of the most important issues of recent years and is an important priority all over the world. Now it is being discussed in “Farm Network” which was held in Gaziantep on June 15-17, 2021, for the first time, and covers the agricultural sector in many different respects such as tourism, gastronomy, and economy.
