Solvilla is a property developer and advisor founded in Marbella in 2013, specialising in contemporary villas and penthouses in the city's prime locations: the Marbella Golden Mile, Sierra Blanca, Cascada de Camoján, Nueva Andalucía and La Quinta.

In 2025 Solvilla completed 92 transactions with a total sales volume of €527,676,170 and an average sale price of €5,735,611. Between 2020 and 2025 the company has recorded more than €3 billion in sales across over 500 properties.

We work with both buyers and sellers. For sellers, we combine property preparation and staging, in-house video production and a weekly open house programme, distributed through a network of more than 7,000 collaborating agents. For buyers, alongside our published portfolio we provide access to off-market opportunities that never reach the portals.

Beyond brokerage, Solvilla develops its own residential projects and provides project management and development management, with in-house architects and project managers taking new builds and renovations from design through to handover. Since 2017 the team has delivered more than 120 projects across Marbella.
