Solo Institute combines the academic knowledge of the in house multi diciplinary experts with 20 years of experience in international projects and operations to create custom-made programmes for organisations. These programmes create added value to the project partners and increases the resilience of the companies.

Our Capacity Building Programmes may cover a wide range of topics depending on the needs assessment of the organisation. These topics include hands-on training for emergency response/bussiness continuity personnel. Training programmes are structured with various levels focusing on different target groups.

Awareness level training covers all personel. Operational level is developed for responders and scene / incident management programmes are structured for mid-level or senior executives. Train-the-trainer programmes are also available for companies with a large workforce.

This approach makes it possible to set up an emergency management system in a completely unprepared company in a time and cost effective manner.
