Grubun ilk şirketi, 1979 yılında Anderson Güney Carolina (ABD)'de kurulmuş olan Orian Rugs şirketidir. Akabinde, 1993 yılında Orian sahipleri Wargegem, Belçika'da bulunan Mc Three Carpets'ı devralmıştır. Bursa'da (Türkiye) bulunan Sofiteks 2012 yılında Mc Three Group tarafından devralınmıştır.
