Soan Consulting is a boutique management and organisational consultancy. We work with owners, leaders and their teams to understand how their organisations are really functioning and to create meaningful, sustainable change.

Our work may begin with a commercial, operational, organisational or people challenge, but we rarely see these as isolated issues. We take a systemic view of the organisation: its structure and roles, leadership and decision-making, operations and customer experience, relationships and behaviours, capabilities and culture — and, importantly, the connections between them.

Our approach combines observation and evidence with systemic practice, coaching and facilitated intervention. We work with people throughout the organisation, not simply on the organisation. This means helping leaders and teams recognise patterns, surface different perspectives, work with tension and resistance, and draw on their own knowledge and resourcefulness. Change can then develop both top-down and bottom-up, with capability and ownership remaining within the organisation.

We bring particular depth in hospitality and service-led businesses, where the customer proposition is created through the combination of the tangible product and the experience through which it is delivered. This experience also informs our work with businesses in which people, service and customer experience are integral to performance.

Based across the UK, Switzerland and Türkiye, our team brings extensive international working experience and knowledge spanning the UK, Europe, Türkiye, Russia and CIS, the Middle East and the US. This allows us to bring a broad perspective while remaining sensitive to the local cultural and organisational reality of each business.

We work as a core consulting team and collaborate with trusted subject matter experts where an assignment requires specialist expertise — bringing together the right capability for the work while retaining a systemic view of the whole.
