SmartSensor Labs Ltd

Evidence‑Based AI for Sensor Data

SmartSensor Labs builds intelligent systems that do more than collect sensor data. We interpret it, predict from it, and act on it. Our solutions brings together live time‑series telemetry, expert‑curated knowledge and custom AI models to deliver actionable insights in real time.

What we do

– Ingest live sensor data such as temperature, energy, vibration, power, and motion through fast pipelines

– Fuse that data with domain expertise drawn from research, standards, and proven protocols

– Deploy tailored AI for anomaly detection, predictive alerts, and decision support

Why it matters

Raw telemetry is common. Insightful action is rare. We help organisations turn continuous sensor streams into strategic advantage by:

– Identifying maintenance risks before failures occur

– Automatically optimising processes in response to live data

– Empowering engineers and operators with data‑driven recommendations

Our strengths

Real‑time AI at scale - Low‑latency systems processing live streams instantly

Knowledge‑grounded models – Built on rigorously sourced expert materials for reliable output

IoT‑ready platform - Engineered to integrate with industrial plants, energy networks, or scientific instruments

Company overview

Founded in 2014 and based in London, SmartSensor Labs is a micro‑business focused on R&D. Led by Dr Edward Mellor, a specialist in IoT and time‑series AI, we help turn sensor networks into smart decision systems.

Mission
