Sky Equity Group is a New York City-based real estate development firm focused on luxury residential properties. Founded and led by Simon Dushinsky, the firm draws on his more than 25 years of experience acquiring, financing, developing, constructing, and managing large-scale residential and mixed-use projects. Sky Equity Group is advancing a portfolio of premier condominium and multifamily residential developments across New York City and South Florida, with an active development pipeline totaling nearly 7 million square feet. The firm’s current New York properties include 260 East 72nd Street, a high-end condominium on Manhattan’s Upper East Side; Westmark, a completed luxury rental building in Gowanus, Brooklyn that recently welcomed its first residents; and several residential projects in various stages of development throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. Through Dependable Equities, Sky Equity Group’s South Florida division, the firm is developing a growing portfolio of high-rise condominium and multifamily properties, including Ombelle in Fort Lauderdale. In addition to his role at Sky Equity Group, Dushinsky is Principal and Co-founder of Rabsky Group, where he led the development of more than 5 million square feet of completed residential and mixed-use projects comprising over 6,000 residential units valued at over $4 billion.
