I am the founder KRM-Karamik Yonetim Danismanlik, which is one of the leading staffing firms in Turkey.

In 2001, Vedior purchased 40% of KRM shares and the remaining shares in 2006. Vedior was the third largest staffing company in the world with 7 billion Euro turnover in 2006. I was the managing partner of KRM between 2001 and 2006.

After receiving my Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations from the University of Istanbul in 1989, I worked for four years as the executive assistant to the CEO of a Turkish holding company. In 1993-1994, I completed the CSSA program in Administration and Management at the Harvard University.

I was the founder and the Vice President of Association of Private Staffing Firms. I was the founder and the General Secretary of KAGIDER, Association of Women Entrepreneurs. I was also the Treasurer and then General Secretary of KA-DER, Association of Supporting and Training Women Candidates.

As a columnist of management magazine, "POWER", I wrote articles about management for two years. I was also the producer and chairwoman of the weekly live television program (first and only live TV program on Human Resources Management) about Human Resources Management for Channel E in 1999.

I was selected as one of the most successful young women of Turkey in 1998 and 1999 by management and women's magazines. I was also selected as World Young Business Achiever in excellent business planning branch in 2003.
