Six Clearing

Six Clearing is a smart-contract-based clearing infrastructure company pursuing designation as a CFTC-registered Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO) — the regulatory layer that sits between a trade and its settlement.

Where traditional clearinghouses rely on banks, FCM intermediaries, and centralized custody chains, Six Clearing is designed to replace that architecture with program-derived address smart contract vaults on Solana, settling in USDC. Every position is fully collateralized at the time it is entered. There are no margin calls, no default fund, no rehypothecation, and no staking.

Six Clearing's infrastructure is designed to be interoperable — standardizing margining, netting, and settlement via smart contracts so that new verticals and distribution partners can connect without rebuilding post-trade and pre-trade functionality from the ground up.

Six Clearing operates as a subsidiary of Six Sigma Group alongside Six Markets, the group's CFTC DCM-pending prediction markets exchange. Together they form one of the only vertically integrated DCM and DCO architectures in the U.S. prediction markets space.

As tokenization grows and assets continue moving on-chain, the demand for a regulated smart-contract clearing organization is not a future thesis — it is an infrastructure gap that already exists.
